CLUB FRESHClub Fresh is what we call our "in-house" processing of fresh fruits, vegetables, specialty items and fresh salads. At Club Fresh, a USDA operation, we use only the highest quality produce and the most stringent food safety programs in the country while preparing many specialized fresh cuts. Club Fresh is much more than just a processor. With a background in food science and chefs on staff, our professionally trained food handlers approach all fresh fruits and vegetables as "food," not just "product." We cut fresh to order, so the product you receive has been cut within hours of the time it's delivered. Fresher product means less shrink, resulting in savings to our customers. Less cutting in your unit can also mean less risk of in-house injury. |
